Pecan Meadows HOA - Notice of Annual Meeting​

At this point we have one open HOA Board position but all ACC members have indicated they would continue to serve in their roles, unless someone would like to step in.

If you are interested in serving on the HOA board, please complete this self nominating form and return to pecanmeadowshoa@gmail.com by November 11, 2024.

As per the HOA bylaws, HOA board members will be elected by majority vote during the annual meeting.

Important: As of January 1, 2025 all HOAs are required to file a Beneficial Ownership Information Report (BOIR) that includes the individual FinCEN ID numbers of each board member. You may only apply to become a board member if you have a Fincen number. As per the HOA CCRs, all ACC members will be appointed by the Pecan Meadows HOA Board. 

If you are NOT able to attend the Annual Meeting, PLEASE complete this proxy form and return to pecanmeadowshoa@gmail.com by November 11, 2024.

As per the HOA CCRs, 20% (14 members) of eligible members must be attending the annual meeting to constitute a quorum.

Pecan Meadows is located in the heart of Flower Mound. 

We are a small community of only 68 homes located on 1/2 or 3/4 acre lots.

Pecan Meadows homeowners are automatically a member of the Pecan Meadows HOA.
